Print Day in May

Print Day in May

Printmakers across the globe unite!
12pm – 8pm

This year West Yorkshire Print Workshop will be participating in the international event Print Day in May and we would love for you to join us in our celebrations.

‘Print Day in May’- the first Saturday of the month- began in California, U.S.A, in 2007 and sees participation grow across the world each year; now people get together in Australia, India, Argentina, Mexico and in print studios all across Europe in order to make and celebrate prints.

Here at WYPW we will be hosting a variety of activities throughout this day, and since this weekend in May also sees the launch of Tour de Yorkshire, we’ll be offering the chance to screen-print a cycling themed set of cards to take away with you! See http://www.wypw.org/shop/screen-printed-greetings-cards-drop-in-workshop-may/
