Join director and playwright Giles Croft as we discuss his extensive career in theatre at 7pm on Mon 25 May.

Giles will discuss his approach to directing, highlights of his career to date and take your questions in our live Zoom Q&A.

Giles Croft has directed more than 60 productions and his most recent include The Kite Runner, Any Means Necessary, Tony’s Last Tape, Arcadia, The Glass Menagerie and The Cherry Orchard. He is also a playwright and his work has been produced widely in the UK and Europe.

In 1985 Giles was appointed as artistic director of the Gate Theatre, London. In 1989 Giles joined the National Theatre as Literary Manager before becoming Artistic Director of the Palace Theatre, Watford in May 1995. Giles was also the artistic director of Nottingham Playhouse from August 1999 to November 2017.
